- Buen mould takes computer simulated tensile test design to realize the maximum qualified product, as well as multi-levels double taper positioning technology ( independent locking) to guarantee the mould eccentricity (tolerance is within in 0.05-0.06mm). Besides, we use Sweden stainless steel S136 for mould core and cavity material, of which the steel hardness can reach to HRC45-50. All screw necks of bottle are in accordance with international standard. The steel material of screw neck is mostly imported steel, of which the hardness can reach to HRC60. In addition, we also improved hot runner system as the performance of mould itself to reduce some labour cost such as runner cutting.
